k&n 57-3012

hi, i was wondering if any one has put one in your saturn how diffult it would be. and is it worth the 170 bucks,

I bought a K&N for my SW1, just because I couldn't believe the price of the stock one. It was about $50.00 including a cleaner kit.
It works fine and should last the life of the car.

well the k&N one i was talking about is the peformence one they make. i wouldn't pay 50 bucks for an air filter that did not have performence props.

didn't use one, but probably won't be that much better than a short ram (an additional horse or two at the most). all it is is a smarter designed short ram intake in my eyes.

the only differents between a short ram and the k&n one , is that the k&n uses the stock air hose instead of replacing everything like the other ones.
