I own a 02 impala with the 3400 series engine, and i wanted to get alittle more from it. I was told that there isn't much out there for the 3.4L but i think differently, i think that i may be talking to the wrong group of people . SO i figured id ask all of you. I dont want to spend alot of money but i want to get alot of power for the buck. So hopfully somone here can help me out.

I already put a " so called CAI " but i was on the NAIOA forums the other night and i guess they make a "fender wall intake system " i was looking at it and i think i maybe be able ot make one myself... Does anyone know the dimenttions or possibly how to make one for cheap?

Please help me i need some power for this car anyting will help .

THanks

The Naioa Fwi is really the best option for the money, you can make one cheaper out of PVC, but then your donig all the work and trying to figure out what fits and what doesnt, and MAy end up spending more money in the process.

If you are looking for products for your 3400 motor, youc an first start out by going to naioa.com and in the engine/ehxuast section, there is a sticky that has many links to sites that offer products for the 3400.

while in your own search for products, you won't find much for the "Impala" in 3400 sections, but you will have much better luck in the Grand AM sections, the Grand AM GT has the 3400 motor, so any parts directly related to just the motor, and not electronics, will work for the Impala.
