2001 Windstar ABS Codes

My ABS light sometimes goes on while I'm driving; Ford gave me the codes for $100 but no real explaination of what's wrong or needs fixing, only that it would cost another $1300.
Please tell me what the codes mean:
C1185
C1194
C1198
C1220
C1214
C1235
C1236
C1246
C1250
C1446
Failed HCU and ECU

I would say your ECU is bad, but I am not sure about your HCU. Maybe one of the other guys on this forum can help.

I would aslo rule out a voltage problem. Seems like a catastrophic failure and that makes be think that there is one single point of failure
