P0420 - Best method to fix this

Got the CEL yesterday when driving and got the code read at Autozone. Is this simply the converter needs to be replaced? The car drives fine but I want to get this resolved before it becomes a problem. Any idea on the cost of the job?

Good post Dan. According to the newsletter the coil pack and converter was replaced to resolve the CEL from appearing.
