Autolamp headlight issue

In the autolamp mode, the headlights do not turn on, only the parking lights. There are 2 relays, autolamp headlight relay and the autolamp parking light relay. I cannot find them in the vehicle. I have looked at the ford wiring diagram and they indicate the relays are in the central junction box. The wiring diagram picture indicates the central junction box is part of the fuse box. These relays are note there. Does anyone know where these relay are mounted?
