Need help changing spark plugs

I have a 1994 Mercury Sable 3.8. I bought the spark plugs but I don't know how to possibly change the spark plugs. In the front, the fan is in the way. Is there an easier way to change the plugs? I have never did it. Thanks for any help in advance.

Hi, If you are really good at doing mechanical work it is still a chore unless you have the proper tools, like plug socketts, flex adapters and extensions to access the plugs some of which are in pretty tight spots...no really easy way to do the job...GOOD LUCK...Clay..
