Changing Fuses on Ford Windstar

I have a 98 Ford Windstar. Several of the cigarette lighters no longer work. Could this be a blown fuse - if so can you direct me how to change the fuses. I do not have an owners manual.

Thank you! Once I registered, I was able to download the owner's manual and print out the pages for replacing fuses.
