car not starting

can anybody help me? My saturn is not working correctly. I do not think it is the battery because the car will not even lock and unlock from the key and the radio and clock will not work. I dont know if it is a loose connection or if there is something that needs to be replaced. Also i can hear a clicking sound when i go to start the car. If anybody has any suggestions please let me know. thanks alot
