1.9L motor trouble

Hi I am new to the automotive forum and I hope you can help me with my car. I have a 97 saturn se1 with a 1.9l 5 speed. I have had to change the motor due to a failing oil pump. The used motor I have put in has a vibration that has my PC Valve rattling. My rpm is steady. Any suggestions?? I wish everyone well and wonder if anyone else has this problem.

but anyways, it sounds like the top anchor mount is bad if you mean the entire motor is vibrating
