Freaky event...electrical???

Anybody had a problem similar to this (and a solution)?
Saturn SL2, 4 door with the DOHC 4-cylinder, 5-speed
Start the car up, no problem, put it in 1st gear to go and the car sputters slightly, the ABS light and traction light come on, the stereo turns off...then a second later everything is fine and dandy and the car is ready to go.
If it was once it wouldn't have thought much of it, but it's happened three times now over the course of a few days, (but not every time driven), so...

does this only happen when trying to get it rolling? you dont get anymore dash lights come on or anything else? what rpms are you at taking off?

what year is this? some mid 90s saturn had a problem with a wiring loom coming in contact with clutch pedal and evencuially wearing thru the wire's shielding, causing shorts and opens
