Heater fan question??

The heater fan in my Sable quit working in all but the high position. Would this likely be a switch failure or something else? Thanks in advance for your help!

Blower motor switch
REMOVAL
1. Remove climate control assembly.
2. Remove knob.
3. Remove retaining screw.
4. Remove heater blower motor switch.
INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
