For the record, my girl isn't stupid, isn't playing me. This guy is just such an immature stalker/desperate fuckface that she's scared that if she goes to someone official about it that he'll increase all the bullshit he already dishes out.

But I've been on her ass constantly and she's promised she'll talk to someone at school about today since they were out yesterday. If she doesn't, then I'm going to be pissed and we're probally gonna have an arguement. But its worth it as long as she realizes she has to step up and do something, which I believe she's realized now.

So bottom line, she's taking care of it. If it happens again, I'll do shit to him on the downlow IF he doesn't do something ot me directly. Otherwise I'll show him what its like to be hit by a real man.

i'm calling what she's doing high school drama bullshit, meaning - if she refuses to get a restraining order and gets some kind of psychological kick out of playing the victim then it's all high school drama queen bullshit and if you go along with her need to play the victim you deserve whatever comes your way, thats what was meant... yeah the oc and laguna beach are all about the drama, thats why i cant stand either

talking to someone at school WILL not do anything, but it will help in getting a restraining order as the judge will probably ask if she requested help from school officials prior to filing for one, anything short of a legal injunction against this guy is just not gonna cut it, if you want to go to jail and be the hero of the day thats your choice... then what you gonna do when you're getting plugged in a cell while she is at the same school with the same guy....nice one

Well I've known her long enough that she'd never put me through any unnecessary bullshit. Everytime she's told me somethings going on it was legitimate, so I trust she isn't doing this just to feel..I dunno...appreciated or something. She isn't conceited like that. She's just afriad of what this fool could possibly do, which by all means isn't a very good excuse anyways cuz this guy is all talk.

definitely take legal avenues, is there any way she can change schools? i would seriously look into a restraining order... that would almost definitely require her or him to change schools.... you beating the fuck out of this guy may only be a short term solution that will only bring you trouble my friend.... he may have a broken nose and swolen face but he's on the streets, so is your girl and you cant do shit then.... take the legal way and he gets locked up, and when they find out on the inside (and they will) that he violated a RO, that was imposed cause he's a wife beater, he will get his....while you laugh

calling the house, threats, the school stuff...thats all stalking, thats a bigtime instant retraining order as that is a grave threat to her safety and wellbeing, any judge will sign off.

If he works, find out where, call his boss and tell him he was an asshole to you when you were there, get him fired. That will cause him to come looking for you, shows motive on his part and you can beat the hell out of him. Or hire my wife.....

while i like the hiring of the killer wife aspect i have to disagree with the first. if he calls and they somehow prove it was you (say phone records) they will throw out anything you got on him because you instigated (< this is something to keep in mind, instigation is like fighting words IE: "fuck you!" you say that and legally you just killed your right to say self defence < and it will fly in court)

i do agree with the legal side, defend yourself and her as much as possible and dont make your self vulnerable.

Yea, I haven't talked to to her today since I just got home. Its like 11 now, sucha long day....

Anyways, I wish she could change schools, its definitely possible since mine is about a 10-15 minute drive from her school. Not sure if thats something she'd be willing to do, gotta make new friends and etc., that shits no fun. But if it gets out of hand I'll bring up this idea without a doubt. But anyways, I'll let you guys know what all went on today when I get a hold of her.

I skipped over a few post adn want to know....Where are her friends at in all this? Where are they at when all this happens? A friend is a friend regardless. You don't have to be dating to ask or expect help from a friend. NOT saying she doen'st want the help but saying there are other ways of getting retaliation (me being a older brother and all....)

You know...$14.95, his license plate number and first name on one of those "find information about anyone" sites could go a long way IMO.
