I'm submitting two today. I have had the Corn GTR (25R) as desktop for a long time now, so that's one. Then I thought of any good GT pictures and remembered the awesome Rosso magazine shoot (58F1GT).

I think that one of Atkinson's car taken by Top Gear, that shot of it in the middle of a road under a gorgeous sky with great scenery in the background. Top Gear takes some of the greatest photographs that I've ever seen, that one in particular just looks breathtaking.

The other two, of a factory visit, I am not sure about whether we know them. I didn't know they came in such a high res and I can't seem to remember these particular two shots. Am I just not all up to scratch, anyone?

I've never seen the other two, but given which car is in the background of the middle shot I think we can figure out who the source on them may have been.

To continue the High-Res party, here's the rest of #028 (right?) that I found. This was at the July 2005 San Jose Grand Prix. This was an exhibition on the Friday before the race. Have browsed all San Jose GP sites/pics, but noone that got anything else on camera than the GP cars themselves. A pity I must say. there were some pretty cool and unknown cars on this little square, which with its palm trees, sunny weather, circular setup and small crowds, must have a been a thrill to be at on that day.

Didn't get all the ones I saw straight away, since I wasn't sure they were new pictures. They are clearly taken at the same time as other pictures have been taking, so the shots you come across are often alike. So give me some time, I got to find that site again :D.

It works for me. Looks like #011 with the HDF, but before the repaint.

Honestly, I can't think of my favorite F1 pic. I have way too many pictures to sift through to find one, lol. Off the top of my head, maybe a couple of the #068 shots that ROLO has posted here before. The ROSSO Mag wallpapers look great, too. Too many greats shots of a great car. :)

I have tons of articles. My hope was to eventually set up a site (f1faq.com) that is the most complete source of info for the cars. NOT a fansite but a webpage where people would go to before they come here so as to get the background of the car. Will it ever happen? Probably not. Prehaps i'll just set up a page with just articles on it.

i only just noticed that small f1 logo above the lock to the right handside on the door/window.

Is this on any other cars? or all of them and ive just never noticed it before? :rofl:

It's on all of them, but not normally painted silver. I think #073 and #011 are the only two I have seen with it painted. This is #015.
