Help; Hyundai Excel No Dash Lights

I cannot see a thing in my car at night..just recently, my inside instrument cluster lights on my dash do not work..my OIL LITE, IGNITION, ENGINE LITE..all work, BUT NO lites on my cluster or where my heater panel lites up..nothing..I checked all my fuses under the dash..PLease help...email me [email protected]
