1996 Windstar Driver Side Rear Vent Window

I'm going to replace the rear vent window, drivers side on my Windstar and had a question.

I know thereis the actuator and it appears to be screwed in at the rear of the window and I noticed at the front side in the molding a small hole for another piece to fit into.

Is this all that holds that window in, and all I need to do is snap everything into place and screw in the actuator?
