99 Windstar Radio problems

Hi All! I'm new to this site. We recently purchases a 99 Windstar. The dealer had a cd player/radio installed for us. The other day, the radio just stopped working. The fuse under the dash is fine. Am I missing another fuse somewhere? Could really use some help!

Was it a factory system, and did they remove it from another stock unit or was it new from Ford?
