People have said to change the rear plugs on a 3.8 that rolling the engine makes it easier. But how could you do this without disconnecting ALOT of stuff?Exhaust etc.

Although it may seem like it makes the job of replacing rear plugs on a 3800 easier it is absolutely not necessary and I believe it makes it harder or at least more time consuming. The biggest problem I have with changing the rear spark plugs is getting the boots off the plugs.
The next big problem is having enough room to remove 2, 4, and 6. I remove the rear engine hoist bracket where the 02 sensor is held on and I remove the 02 sensor. With that stuff out of the way 4 and 6 are easy to get out. IMO #2 is the most tedious to get out but it is a breeze with the right tools.
I never remove the dogbone engine mounts and tilt the engine forward.
To help cure stuck on plug wire boots for the next tune-up I coat the tip and ceramic of each spark plug with dielectric silicone grease.

on my 3.4 I removed the coil pack and didn't really have any problems getting to the plugs after that. Getting the boots off is the hardest thing. I had to replace mine since I ruined them getting them off.
