New/Aftermarket parts

I have owned my '93 Sable for about 5 years and was wondering if there were any "aftermarket" parts that could be added to help power. I'm not looking for anything dramatic since I know it really wouldn't exist for this car, but something along the lines as a good set of spark plugs, oil filters and the like that might give it a little boost or help efficiency without killing power.

I got a 93 as well that I've had since 93. In learning the hard expensive way this is what I recommend to you!

Use original equipment. Nothing fancy! Keep all the oils clean! Make sure the battery cables are good. The inside temp on these cars run hotter because of the laser lights. A K/N filter for the air helps my car run a bit quicker. The IAC is always needing cleaned. Other than this my car has 250,000 on it and I can smoke my front tires taking off from a stop. Original is better I think!
