Honda motors in Saturns???

My mom just recently picked up a 2000 Saturn LW200 and she heard somewhere that the 3.0L motor in it was made by honda. I tried to check the block but the motor is stuffed in there pretty good so i can't even see it lol. Just wondering if anyone knows if this is true or not
