96 Impala SS Speedometer trouble

My 1996 Impala Speedometer doesn't work, and I am trying to test the actual cluster to see if it is ok. Is it possible for me to somehow send voltage to a pin on the back of the cluster to see if I can get the speedometer needle to move? Can I probe one of the pins on the dash, where the cluster mounts, for voltage from the vehicle speed sensor?:screwy: My ABS light was on, but after replacing both front wheel speed sensors, theABSlight has turned off.
