2002 Ford Windstar P171, P172, P174 and P175 codes

I have a 2002 Ford Windstar van with about 77,000 miles. Every so often the check engine light comes on and I get codes P171, P172, P174 and P175 when I take it to AutoZone for diagnosis. It also idles rough sometimes, typically when it's cold which is also when the check engine light comes on.

I've seen several posts about the isolator bolt issue fixing the problem when the P171 and P174 codes are on. Has anyone had the P172 and P175 codes on also? If not, is there a way to verify if the isolator bolt issue is the problem before doing the work?
