? remove fuel filter 2002 Windstar

How do I disconnect tha fuel filter from the fuel line on my 2002 Windstar. I have changed lots of Aerostar with the 2 white clips. The Windstar has Two blue buttons on the tank side of the filter and a round wheel in the engine side. I think I know what to do but don't want to break either fuel line connectors.
