Remove the right endcap of dash, 2 fasteners.
Disconnect right door jamb switch connector in right endcap assembly.
Inspect knee beam liner position.
When knee beam liner is installed correctly, liner opening matches knee beam structure opening.
If the liner is out of position, the liner opening will be smaller than the knee beam structure opening.
Snap knee beam liner back into position.Install retainer clip P/N 21303269 on left side of opening. If clip installation effort is too high spread internal fingers slightly untill retainer clip can be installed.
Connect right door jamb switch connector to right end cap assembly.
Install right endcap assembly into I/P assembly.
Install right endcap assembly fasteners.
That is the text of the TSB.
I know a picture would help but no such luck. The best way I can describe it is, a duct work type of deal that is not alligning with the vent opening. When the right end cap is removed it will be pretty plain.
Good luck and let us know.
