Howdy, here's an interesting electrical prob. I installed new front speakers and for the first few months they worked great. Now, depending on the up/down position of the passenger side window, the speakers fuzz and the radio cuts out like a scratched cd. If the window is all the way up, down or perfectly half way, the radio and speakers are fine. hmmmm?

If the window is all the way up, down or perfectly half way, the radio and speakers are fine. hmmmm?

Very simple problem. The power window mechanism is abrading or pulling on the speaker wiring. Re-tape the wiring and move and secure it out of the way of the window and mounting frame.

Or, don't open or close that window.
