Steering Wheel

Does anyone know if the steering wheel from a 2000 or newer sable will fit a 98? Just because I need to replace my wheel, and I like the look of the new wheel better. Also,. anyone kow where I an get a BLUE steering wheel. Yes, mine is blue. I have only found one car locally in junk yards with a blue interior, and it does not have the leather wrapped wheel.
