Stereo wont take cd

Just got the stereo unlocked $30.00 bought it off ebay, said it works, everything works except when i put in a cd it wont take all the way u could see some of it still out if u look into it anyone ever have this problem way to fix it?
Makes like a clicking noise when the cd goes in but u can look and still see the tip of the cd very little
Found out while the cd is in there making that sound, if i punch the top it takes the cd and plays but takes for ever to load and sometimes wont get to the next track

Did you try a cd cleaner thing.....It's worth a try...

yes same thing happens has a normal cd, i think its within the unit that its bad
the thing that piss me off is it cost $32.00 to unlock
ordered it from a guy off ebay that has tons of them but took him forever to ship it\, something got screwed up with his computer and didnt get sent out as he says. but it says if dont work he will send a different one, but what am i going to have to do pay to ship this one back? then pay to get this one unlocked? i could've ordered one from gm probly
