you ever checked the answers in all the original threads that you deleted? you also said it is not the main relay, because you checked it, so,i will repeat them all again. check:
-fuel system (from the fuel pump to the main relay --from the ecu to the injectors)
-ignition system (from plugs to the dizzy)
-ignition timing
-tps
-map
throttle cable
-restricted or leaking exhaust system (from header to your muffler tip, particularly the cat)
-any CELs
-if all else fails, a compression and leakdown for more info.
start checking these systems. deleting old threads and starting a new one with the same topic will not solve the problem. it will take actual hands on labor and diagnosing to find out and solve the problem.

Yeah I know but I have taken it to two mechanics and they could not figure it out. So that is why I had to repost.

what did the mechanics actually do?

He changed the fuel filter, distributor cap, rotor, ecu chip, new harness. But for some reason the radiator is really cool, on the lower hose, and is hotter 80 degrees hotter on the upper hose. the mechanic said he will resurface the valves tommorow. Assuming the pressure is to low. Please if someone knows anything let me know.

Generally the lower hose being cooler signifies thermostat issues unless you have your fan rigged to be on all the time like mine is. I hope you're not spending too much on all this because you probably could have swapped engines with the money spent just to find out why your Honda lacks power...
