:banghead:a week and a half ago some punk ass bitch was caught messin with my 6 year old daughter. He had his hands around her throat tryin to get her to go into tha woods. He was yelling at her to pull her pants down and play with his ..ck..... He was grabing at her parts. I wanna die. How could this happen to her. She is a baby. Now I am goieng through police, and cort dates, ect..... Tha parents of this prick is threating to sue me for slander and shit. I told my mom and 1 week later she had a heartattack. Really bad one. She had baloons put in her heart and shit. Then tha day after surgery, she leaves tha hospitol. checked herself out aganist tha doctors wishes. She refuses to check her blood suger, or change her diet. She is only 46. I am affraid I am gonna loose her early, before her time. She is giving up. Daddy is a walking zombie, dosent talk, smile, eat, ect....I sorta feel it is my fault she had this one, as it was my fault she had one at 32. I was a bad kid, stressed her out too much. And now I had to drop a bomb on her head, and stressed her out that much more. If it is not one thing it is another. Why is this happening to my family, why wont it stop. I cant sleep. All I do is warry about this bull shit, I wanna die, but I cant, I have 2 kids that need me. I try keeping this shit to myself, but it seems to make it worse.....

Don't direct all your anger inward, as you're doing now -- it'll only make things more difficult for you. First off, no matter HOW stressful a child you may have been, there's no way that was a reason for your mother's heart attack at 32. That just seems too young for something like that to happen unless the person already has an existing condition, in which case the only deserved fault is the one that belongs to biology.

You should turn your anger outward, and channel it into something -- in this case your pursuit for justice against this prick who wronged you and your child. I can guarantee these parents of his and their legal aid will think a lot harder about taking up a fight against a pissed off mother, than one in the throes of self-loathing and woe. Let them try to hit you up for slander or whatnot -- you know you're in the right, the perpetrator knows what he did, and, if need be, the testimony of a 6 year old girl as to exactly what happened will probably trump all in the eyes of a judge and jury.

I took my daughter in for a video interview friday. So she wont have to take tha stand in front of a bunch of people. I got tha boy kicked out of school. He is now in alternative school out of our town. Oh, I am pissed, verry pissed. My dad in law had to hide his gun from me. I was goieng for it. I was gonna hurt that boy. Dad in law convinced me to let tha cops handle it. Hell, tha cop told me to take him out in tha woods and shoot him. When I told him I couldent do that he told me he could....It is just that every thing seems to be happening all at once, and it is fucking with me hard.

I'm so sorry to hear this and i can't imagine what you're going through, the best thing you can do is to keep your composure and be strong for your child more than anything. Help them rather than be mad at the situation, try not to let your frustration show around your daughter. Just let things play out the way they should, everything will be ok. That and pray every night.

Someone who touches/abuses a child is the lowest form of puke in the world. It also carries a punishment that is nowere near as severe as it should be. I hope the bastard gets the max in a prison were the inmates feel about child molesters the way they do around here. The only thing that helps is for those of you that believe in Karma here is a story: While working at a the hospital, we had a 13 year old girl that was molested for 5 years by her fathers friend. On his day in court, he was found innocent because of lack of evidence. After the findings were announced, he left the courtroom and died of a heartattack on the steps. So even though the system is fucked at times, God knows what to do with the pukes of the world.

This was not your fault. Your job now is to take care of your daughter and see that this guy gets what he deserves. I wish you and your daughter the best.

Unless the job goes wrong, then they get put into Protective Custody and aren't allowed with the other inmates, which makes it really hard for a job to be carried out, unless you've got a wide range of friends.

The kid won't get much as he did not (fortunately) physicaly harmed her. I personally think you should have a nice conversation with the kid, making sure that if he ever does anything similar again he will be forever resting in those woods.
About your mother, I think it is not all your fault, maybe a small fraction, but people who get heart attack at 32 generaly are born with heart problem or have a really bad style of life. So don't judge yourself so strictly.

Can't imagine what you're going through, but I know it must be rough. Get your kid counseling, and yourself for that matter. And more than anything, make sure that kid gets punished, don't worry about pitying him, the law can worry about that. He's the way he is because of his parents, yes...but that doesn't change who he is, he needs serious punishment and serious help. And definitely go after punishing the parents too, b/c at 13 yrs old, it's their neglect that made him that way.

btw, you didn't cause your mothers heart attack (even if she said so)...any time a person goes through a traumatic thing like that, the first thing they do is blame themselves, which is what you're doing. As I said, get some counseling.

Yeah, remember what these guys have said, in the heat of the moment it's alot harder to think of using anything as a weapon, you just have to do something.

That's not to say you won't be ready to use a weapon, but you also have to think, "What's suitable?" Did she touch you or make a justifiable act of aggresion towards you? It's the difference between using an object and a designated weapon.

If you don't have to do either and can resolve it without using force, I commend you. It's something most men cannot :( Just remember, if someone is hurting you or your kid, you gotta decide how far you want to go.

gotta quiq update.......I got a letter in tha mail yesterday....It was from tha atterney general of Texas.....At first glance I thaught oh hell, court date, ( I dread that thing ) ....The I opened it up and read tha letter....To my supprize it was informing me that Nikki ( my daughter ) Is elegable for victoms comp.....Mind you money is not an issue for me, But it is a step in tha right direction....I can now feel that something is bieng done about this mess....I was gettin warried that nothing had been done....I feel so much better, and some reliefe about this.......Like I said tha money is not that big of a deal to me. They stated that they would let me know in a few weeks how much it would be......Any way I will let you guys know if anything else pops up.......

I really don't think hitting somebody in the head and giving them serious brain damage would solve anything... she already managed to hold herself back, and not get back at the person by hurting them physically, which is good because that could get her in trouble.

It would probably be better to focus more on the daughter, she's getting some sort of victims comp. so hopefully that will help.
