well as long as you have those gauges and not the extra ones as well, it should work. but just to tell you, in another forum, people were putting in bezels and whatnot, and that clear plastic cover that is over the gauges, is glued on pretty good, and most people(if not all) had to break it or ended up breaking it, to get it off.
not to discourage you, but just so you know when you get to taht point so your not suprised.
but I have I link you can check out I just have to find it...
actaully screw it, I just noticed the amount that ebay has them and you might as well get those, there alot cheaper. but those ones should work, but you do need to end up recalibrating the gauges once you put the new ones on, but im not sure how, if I find the post in NAIOA ill re-post here.

well, if you noticed where those two screws are, that dash is one huge piece that runs along the entire dashboard. when I had my stereo replaced by the dealership, I asked the guy how he did it, since me and my buddy were thining of putting in aftermarket head units. and I guess its mostly clips, a few screws where you saw and I think some on the sides, behind the fuse panels. and you have to remove the black peice where the key goes.
ill try to remember to look tomorrow since its late now, and ill check out the manual and try to find the factory service instructions on replaceing the instrument panel. and ill keep trying to find that other post on changing gauges.

well. I didnt read it much when I first saw about recalibrating the gauges. I thought with a newer car they would have figured out a way to do it easily. but its just like how I had to do it in my old car. basically taking of the needles and trying to put them back on where they should be on your own. lot of guess work and a pian for me. but you can go to the link I will provide and search for gauge calibration, or just register and ask some questions there too before you start ripping stuff apart.

but isnt there a little pin the gauge needle sits on when not in use? If there is, i can just lay the needle against the pin, can i not?

I thought that would work woo when I got my new faces in my old car, but when you turn your car off, those needles dont just rest on the stoppers, they try to go beyond the stoppers, pushing against them, so when I took off the needle, the pin that the needle attaches to that makes it move went even farther. so I was screwed and couldnt just put the needles back and the stopper.
hope that makes sense. but like I said you may just want to search or post a question on calibrating those at NAIOA, becuase I may have not found all the posts that cover it, and I could have missed something.

sorry, i didnt totally understand what you said.. but could i do this:
get a sharpi marker, and mark a verticle line at the top, when the needle is pointing at lets say 25 MPH. Then i install the needle when it is in the verticle position again?

thats what you will have to do. I forgot I didnt finish giving you a few links, sorry.
go to www.pfyc.com (http://www.pfyc.com) and then monte carlo, then interior accessories, and down to white faced gauge faces and then to installation instrusctions.
(I told you all of that in case you like those gauge faces better) $104
other wise you can just go here if you just want the faces you found http://www.grandprix.net/upgrades/wfgindex.html
the intructions are for the grand prix, just the cars aer similar and the same basic priciples still apply. basically you just start the car let it get up to normal operating temp, fill you gas tank. and when everything is steady and where it should be, you cn take pictures, or just make some noted on paper, or make marks on the cluster ilke you said, but then your stck with marks on the cluster. then just un-install your faces, re-install the new ones, plug your cluster back in, let the car get up to normal operating temp. then from your notes or pics you took from before, re-install the needles where they should be. but you sill ave to go your a drive you car and set the cruise like you said in order to put the speedometer needle back on.
In my old car I chose to get a friend to come out with me and we went to a highway(so I had to pay less attetion to traffic, and set my cruise on 65 instead of 25 where you will most like have more traffic and stop signs and whatnot. it'll just give you more time to get it right.
if you need anyhting else just keep asking, im more than happy to help you out. it was a pain in the ass when I did it, and I wish I had someone to help me out.
this back and forth on the forum can take a little long so if you want help more one on one and quick you can just click on my name and go to my profile and IM me on one either AIM/yahoo/msn

Speaking of Interior parts, anyone know what new Interior parts in general run? Mainly the door panels on all 4 and the headliner (though I know one could easily make their own headliner with some free time)
Interiors of Police cars get abused pretty badly =D

well I looked them up here
www.gmpartsdirect.com (http://www.gmpartsdirect.com)
but to give you an idea, door panel is $365 and headliner is $271 w/out sunroof.
so in other words, junkyard.
