The spark plugs in the 1.9 DOHC enter thorugh the valve covers right? They are smack dab in the middle of the cam shafts right? In the middle of the valves right? Does this not mean the vavles form a "hemisphereical" shape? IM BUYING HEMI BADGES FOR MY SATURN.

correction the dodge HEMI is not a HEMI, well, not the new ones. both the new HEMI, the saturn DOHC, and basicly all 4 valves/cylinder engine today use a pentroof design. if anything, the SOHC is shaped more like the old HEMIs.

notice the dual spark plugs on the new hemi, it has very poor emissions. and also consider what the HEMI was going against in the 50's, mostly flatheads, no wonder every one loved it.

I'm saying they are similer. "A hemi engine has a hemispherical shaped cilender-head combustion chamber, like a ball cut in half." NHRA.com My heads form a dome. (and I know my hemis)
