Question on Ford Rim Bolt Pattern

Newbie question: Will 5 bolt rims off of a Crown Victoria fit on my 99 Windstar?

You can buy plastic bolt pattern gages at some parts stores. Takes some of the guesswork out of matching things up. But there's more to it than that. Watch the center hole size, fender clearence while turning with suspension compressed etc. etc. etc.
