Does this happen when you are in drive or in park?
I had a problem with my power steering pump, and as I would come to a stop and make a turn it would cause the RPMs to drop and the van to stall. It would start right back up, no problem.

it will do it in park or drivin it down the road almost sounds like the shaft going to the oil pump is trying to freeze up but i dont now how hard it is to replace it becuse its dose not have a distrubter not very good on newer electric versons
