1999 ws miss in bank one

ok well my problem started with an engin miss i had the code checked they told me that it was my o2 sensor i changed it it did help it a little bit but it did not cure it comepletely so i had more test done and they said bank one was missing at 1500 rpms so i replaced all plugs and wires stil the same problem i changed the coil pack and the fuel injector and still the same problem during this time i started to have electrical prob. so i took it to the dealer and they said trash it because the lower intake was leaking into bank one witch was causeing the miss can i change the lower intake valve gasket or could it be cracked and could this problem cause more prob. that i would not be able to see thanks for your help

How many miles on your 99? Get a book, torque wrench and some time and take that engine apart. That is if you know that the intake is leaking. If it's cracked get a used one from bone yard.
