Security light

My security light comes on some times.And when it sits for a while and i restart it its off.Any ideas?

I had that happen to me, just right when my car started to have the notorious starting passlock delema. The manual says to take it to the dealer for a check. If you are under warrany get it checked ASAP.

My car was doing the same thing. It was doing quite frequently for awhile but now it has stopped. I was told it needed a new ignition switch. I'm not going to do anything about it until it starts up again.
