Silverstars

I have always purchaced silverstar headlights, and those I swear by. but I just bought the silverstar 893 fog lights, and I changed only one, then looked at the difference, in car and looking at the lights themselves. and I did not notice them to be any brighter, only whiter. so if your thinking about silverstar for lights, I would save the $40, or spend it on getting the headlights.

but actually I didnt take before and after pictures with silverstar fog lights and with out. maybe ill find my old ones and take a picture with one of each in the fog lights.

here I took some pictures. its hard to tell with a picture, but if you look closely you can see the difference.

you can really tell the difference in the color when you just look at the pictures of each individual fog light itself. first one is driver side (with standard halogen) and second is passenger side (with silverstar 893 ST)

ya, the silverstar foglights aren't very bright. I wish I could have told you that before you bought em :P

i just put a set of NightHawks in my truck there better then silverstars
