01 saturn sc1

I have a new to me 2001 saturn sc1 that runs with high idle. I get the engine code po507. Sometimes I also get the code po301. I have new spark plugs, new spark plug wires, new IAC valve, and have checked for vac leaks and nothing changed the idle. I also changed the pvc valve and cleaned the throttle body out. It was really badly carboned. The gasket on the throttle body is not leaking (during check with carb cleaner).

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

i just posted the same complaint about my 2001 SL, saturns all have crappy idle i dont get it, im stuped too ive done all that stuff too, and its driving me insane! please let me know if you figure it out cuz id really like to know!!!

I'm having alot of problems w/ the windshield wipers that came w/ my saturn. Can anyone suggest a diff. brand to replace them ? I would really appreciate any help offered.

for late 99 -02 SOHC 1.9s with high idle/P0301/P0507- check the intake manifold gasket at the number 1 runner.
