proper jacking locations

2001 SL i know its pretty basic, but i have my own jack and i hate the scissor jack should i be jacking my car up from under the plastic covered area?
so if someone knoes proper location to jack my car front and back please let me know, im in dumb.

I thought the jacking locations were in the owners manual, as well as on a plastic sheet attached to the cars' jack.

those locations only work with a scissor jack , not a hydrolic one

so im seriously confused by this cuz i dont wanna mess up my car next time i change oil cuz its also time to rotate tires and id like to know where i sould jack this thing? without using the scissor jack! i want to use my hydrolic, without bending the subframe

the pictures that show where to jack are crap. its 4 inches back from the front tire, 8 inches forward of the rear tire on the metal pinch weld itself(the strip that drops down, there is a good chance you will be able to see where people have jacked it up before)

you can buy an attachment that's just a hard plastic block with slots in it. it engages that pinchweld so the jack doesn't smash it in....
