My radiator..

On the far right top end of the radiator in my Saturn 1995 Sl2 car has a hole and it's leaking. So I decided to get some strong expoxy to cover the hole (it's not large, just a small hole). But if I drive like 5 minutes going 30-40 MPH, the lights on front of my car beeps indicating that my anti-freeze coolant is low. It's odd because the temperature meter reading indcates near C, it's not even going to H or not even to the middle of it.
Do you think I should revise the expoy and apply some more, or should I just go ahead and replace the radiator?

I would plan on replacing the rad. Is it low on fluid? Is your repair the source of the leak? You might have a different leak. You might also have a bad coolant temperature sensor. They are know to fail. Replace with the oem brass tip updated design.

Well, I patched it up with expoy and the sensor went away. About the oem brass tip, where do I get it? Care to send me the link and the pix as well? Yes, I am a rookie. lol. Thanks for everything!

Your 95 might have 2 sensors. 1 goes to the computer the other to the gauge. My 96 and newer satties have only 1. I got mine from saturnparts.com. Saturnparts.net or a local dealer will also sell them.
