A complete tune-up is a great place to start.

we've already done intake, a free-er flowing exhaust, and performance spark plug wires.

if you already have an exhaust than get a header off ebay or something...

a header's a little lower on the list (which i don't have)

header or head swap or nitrous or junkyard turbo setup.

Are you wanting to keep going for performance or what. If not get some coil overs and strut bars if you want to get some more handling out of it

High Performance wiper blades.

High Performance wiper blades.

blades, mang wtf are you talking about, you only need one. The other is just extra weight yO, not to mention more drag.

i was thinking a strut tower brace and fuel press. regulator, or whatever's cheap.

and what is meant by 'junk yard turbo'?

Take a turbo from a junk yard and slap it on. Whats the point in a fuel pressure regulator if you dont need one?

to up the psi going to the stock injectors - make them think/act like their bigger.

he meant you dont need the extra fuel with the modifications you have now...the fpr will do nothing for you

Saw the bottom off the stock air box! It's free and at least as good as a cheap air intake. Get a K&N drop in filter to go wit it.

I would focus on suspension, can't ever go wrong with a good suspension setup.

If you want better handling a rear sway bar will do more than any or all strut/tie bars combined. Since your looking for cheap, springs & struts or coilovers is NOT the place to start.

Steal a car, take the motor out of said car, put it in your civic. Very cheep.. almost free horse power. Oh yeah.. and the High Performance Wiper Blades.

i heard a white racing stripe should add at least 40HP also to buy a JDM cluster that reads in KM\h would give you the illusion of way better peformance but for real just small stuff is cheap thrills: complete tuneup clean-replace injectors. tweek timing. cheap ebay header or CAI all good fun.

If you're planning to boost later and just want to get things started, then upgrading your fuel system is a cheap way to start. It won't do jack for you now, but will be worth it down the road if you plan on running any decent amount of boost.

it already has one - except it came with the car stock (canada)

we don't want to adjust the timing, we've already got a CAI, and considering a header and 2" exhaust.
and we are considering boost, if we can find and hookup a turbo.
now i'm looking into just small things like cleaning the injectors.
