Power Steering Flush

I have done 115K on my 3.0 windstar 1998. The last time I did the steering flush was at 62K (3.5 years ago). The oil looks pretty dirty now. Do I need to do the P.S. flush? I have had no problems with my steering whatsoever. Thanks.
