many people have been trying to figure this out, here are some links.

but they only have figured out a way to make the them work by covering the reverse lights and they were going to mount new ones in the bumper. it doesnt look that bad, but its not what im looking for. so if anyone else wants to put there ideas in the melting pot as well. I still need to get a second center peice to rip apart. I want to make the center reflectors work but still have the reverse lights work as well. GM was stupid when they didnt make those into working lights.

I cant believe that no one else is interested in this, either that or no one has any ideas. I got a second center panel and have been coming up with some ideas and working things out. autozone used to carry lights that were called "superwhites" or "hyperbrights" or something like that, but not just for headlights, I put them in my old car as fog lights and corner lights and dash lights. but they dont carry them anymore, neither does advance auto parts or checker. so if anyone knows where might sell brighter lights that are small, please let me know.

right now im trying to figure out how to make all of this work without having to cut into the trunk lid itself to make more room, but it may not work out tha way. ill try to get some pictures up of my progress and ideas I have soon.

I have intrest, I just lack time, energy and money to know how to go about it. I liked their LED idea, it would be nice to have all the tail-lights be LED's... like the newer caddy's. Reverse lights in the bumper as they showed would be best. Kind of a bland spot on the car anyways.
