Well it doesn't work.... I'll push the button to turn it on. The little yellow light will come on. But the window never clears.. Is there a way that I could test it for power at the back glass?

Well if you look at your rear window, you will notice connectors on each side of the rear window, this is where the power is connected. If you place the lead of a volt meter to one side and the other to a ground while the rear defog button is on, one of the 2 connectors should give you voltage, if not, then the problem is down the line (maybe a broken wire or blown fuse)

If there is power, try removing the connectors, inspect them, they could be the problem, but if they are ok, with the connectors removed and the button off, attach your ohmmeter leads to each lead on the window. You should read a relatively low resistance. If the resistance is high or infinite, there is a break somewhere in the connection in the window. Inspect the window and look for a break somewhere. If and when you find it, auto stores sell repair kits for a pretty low price, however, if the damage is really bad a replacement of the window could be needed, but I would think that is a rare occurance.

I find for most vehicles the connectors usually are what goes bad first, so have a good look at them, they are cheap and easy to replace, goodluck, hope that helps.

Could someone please tell me where the relay is for the rear window defrost? And maybe which fuse is for this circuit? Thanks.
