Need help

We have a 92 grand marquis that won't start after it rains. We've already replaced all spark plugs and wires and this yr model dosen't have a distributor cap? Could it be something with the relay switch?????
I believe we had a short once and it was fixed.
Need advise stat !!!!! Thanks
P.S. after it dries out a couple days, the car starts right up.

The 92 grand marquis has a spark control module mounted on the drivers side metal fender called edis8, it has a wiring harness with a bunch of wires running to it. Check that for cracks or loose wiring, Some times they crack around the wiring harness connector.
