I Need Help!!!

Hello everyone, i just signed up today and thought i can get a few hints....i want to buy a 1996 chevrolet impala SS, i went to look at one today for $11,500 at a dealership and i liked it alot except one thing, on the rear of the car on the tunk lid where the impala symbol is there was a little bit of paint peeling off can barely notice it....other than that the car seemed nice, interior looked good, car started right away WOW WHAT A BEAST!!...everything seemed fine to me...im only 20 years old and im askin u guys who are older and have more experience in buy cars new or used...and i was just wondering what u guys think??....is there anything specific i should look for into buying this particular car or anything else i would very much appreciate it..thank u guys and have a nice day.
