Here are a couple of more previews for the PS3 that I've found.
Warhawk (http://69.26.178.132/~lemon/Warhawk.wmv)
Armored Core 4 (http://69.26.178.132/~lemon/AC4.wmv)
I must also add that I'm starting to turn around. Unless the 360 just throws some awesome games at me I'm going with the PS3. I've been doing some research on this new cell platform and if it delievers like they say the 360 won't stand a chance.

Iv seen some games on the X-box that are visialy better than the PS2, and its deffinitly got the better, faster processor in it, but then it should, its a new generation machine. Things like the built in HDD and LAN connection are also a huge leap of what the PS2 offered, unforunatly I know a lot of people who have spent a lot of money on the X-box and onl ever played one game, Halo, which isn't really that good. Timesplitters is a superior FPS, it even has it own built in level editor, that works.
If Halo had not been hyped and marketed as well as it was, then the Xbox would have crashed and burned, and gone the same way as the Nintendo 64, another consuol that was superior to the Playstaion in terms of technology, but had a very limited list of Games, other than Golden Eye, I can think of nothing that was worth playing on it.
It comes down to the differnt approach to game development.
Sony is very open, if you want to write a game for the PS you simply ask sony, and they supply all the code etc that you need, it dosn't matter what the game is, or even if you have much of a chance of being succesfull. In theory you could write freeware software for the PS, or PS2, there is just no way of distrubuting it.
If they like the idea they might give you a little help, prehaps access to thier distrubtion networks.
If they really, really like, like they liked Gran Turismo they will help a lot, and give you lots of money to develop the game.
Microfloppy, like Nintendo before it, are very very tight on who they let develop games for thier systems.
In the early days of X-box only developers owned by Microfloppy could write and develop X-box games.
This has changed, and 3rd part developers can now make X-box games, but they must make them to Microfloppy standards, and each game requires Microfloppys permission and thier marketing input.

Armored Core 4 is in cgi. killzone 2 was also, it sure fooled everyone, I think it was sneaky for Sony to do that.

Yeah, it's the Dancing Gir. He's a character on some cartoon. Never seen the show but watching him dance is funny as hell.

Ummm how else would it be done? Video games aren't filmed like movies so CGI is the only other option.

I've always been a Playstation guy, but I'll be buying both anyways.
And I haven't bought a Nintendo system since SNES.

Nothing looks mind blowing on xbox yet. But I must have Halo. Like this go around, I'll probably get all the systems so I am not missing the best games. At this point i thinkn the Nintendo has the most promise because the other two systems dont appear to look that much better. So at least there will be some innovation.

Just read an article in the NY Times about Xbox at the gaming convention in LA. The Xbox 360 looks prmising so far, with it's capabilities and early release date to the PS3 and Nintendos Revolution However, the only thing that they said XBox really lacked and is key essential to its success was the lack of variety and number of games available for it. The only two to look foward to are Crackdown (similar to GTA because it was created by the one who started the GTA series) and Perfect Dark Zero, yet they said the graphics didn't look any better compared to todays games.

Yeah I was looking at my friend's magazine and it showed like a comparison to certain games what they looked like on Xbox and what they will look like on Xbox 360 and all. Well it seems like it will be minor details and all, nothing big. Like lets say you see a desk on Xbox, full with desks and all, well on 360 the desks drawers will have like more cracks or the handle will look more real and thats basicly it.

I have been an Xbox advocate ever since it's release. I always found it superior, HD picture (480p, 1080i), Dolby Digital 5.1, integrated HD, broadband connection vs. dialup, etc.
But now that I look at the specs one thing catches my eye.....The PS3 will be using a Blu-Ray DVD Player.
For those of you that don't know the Blu-Ray is a Sony developed DVD Player that is said to replace all conventional DVD Players. The disks hold 25 - 50 gig depending on the disk type, as opposed to 4.7 for a single layer disk manufactured today.
That is a lot more space for game information.
I already paid for my 360, a couple games and an extra controller, but I am most likely going to pick up a PS3 when they come out. The stand alone Blu-Ray players are supposed to be release the end of this year for a cost of about $800, as opposed to the PS3 for about $400. So I can save $400 there and get the system.
As far as the specs go (polygon fill rate, pixels per second, etc) those can be manipulated depending on the tools used to perform the measurement. So it's really hard to say that one will be better than the other.
