Power Steering Noise

My 2004 Impala LS has a problem that no one seems to be complaining about and it exists on all 2004 and 2005 models. I have 12,000 miles on it. The hydraulic fluid ( I call it a loud rushing noise) from the power steering gets really loud and pronounced inside the car when at an idle and driving slow <20 MPH and when everything gets warmed up. Can't hear it outside. The dealer has replaced the rack, lines and pump and don't know what else to do.
Anyone having the same problem ?? :)

Well if the dealer replaced all that stuff and the noise is still there its either ear plugs or sell it.
