16" Trim Rings

Anyone who has center caps w/ trim rings...what are the dimensions? 16" X 1.75"? I believe they come in 16"X1.75" and 16"X3"...Those of you who have 'em...please advise on the depth required, and where to get the best deal on 'em....Thanks all
