help take off a part

need some help about how to take off my back light the middle part where it say civic

in the hatch area there is like 5-8 little nuts to take off that go onto the studs on the lights, they are 8mm I think but don't quote me on that..lol. For the center one you may have to take off the interior trim peice if it's in the way of the bolts. Can't say for sure because I've only done crxs, but in the crx there is a little pop off panel that lets you get to change the bulbs and reach the nuts, hope this helps.

You are correct the Civic is similar. The only difference is a clip in the center, you should remove the interior panel to access the clip and then you should be able to release the clip with pliers. GL

i know in the crx there is also a bolt towards the middle of the panel which is hard to see, if you cant remove the piece easily then you still have a bolt attached somewhere, dont try to force it off or you'll snap the panel.

they're 8mm. puny things. same size on the valve cover.

i know - i took all of the puny off and there some thing in the middle of the light where it as CIVIC - like a pice of plasic the its not a light its like a cover. i dont know how it comes off

You have to remove the interior plastic panel on the hatch. In the space between the inner and outer metal panels is the other side of the plastic clip holding the middle of the taillight assembly that says Civic. Get some pliars and pinch the clip, this will release the clip and the part will come off. GL
