transmission issues- 95 sable

the transmission on my car was slipping( or rather trying to slip) so we had it serviced 3 months ago. No issues everything was great until this week. The same issue has returned again. It only has 45K on it. Does anyone have the same issue or any ideas?/ thx in advance.
