Door Panel

I am trying to remove my door panels on my 91 merc. Sable. I don't have any idea on how to do it.

i have the haynes manual which shows the removal procedure but it is too complicated to describe in a post. there are detailed drawings showing screw locations etc. i am a novice at forum usage but could fax or email (attachment) the info if it does not violate copyright laws. pls advise.
